Pathetic service

A2-1QLY-96A1CT EC-041T-2W8DRO. Ref 001CSaBMXBXWUQGC. Ref 001CSaBMXBXWUQ92. I received a sms from vodacom. Galaxy s7 flat R450pm on flexi 200. I just spoke to the upgrade department the deal is still ongoing and i can get it now if i proceed. Also said the deals is from the 7th to 7th of each month. So, i went to vodashop for my upgrade, the R450 deal on the flexi200 for galaxy s7 was on the system, they selected it, printed the contract out and i signed. When they were busy with the sim swap and when I wanted to pay a problem occurred. They just got confirmation that, that deal has ended, and that i have to pay R549pm now. The consultant was also confused because she has sold that deal the same day and day before. This is truly unacceptable, they told me they can reverse the upgrade. I will reverse and cancel this contract if this issue is not resolved. This is not my fault, it was R450pm on the system and i expect to pay that. Im utterly dissatisfied, I've got 3 contracts and a loyal customer for years. I will not leave it here, so please resolve this issue. I went in for the deal mentioned, it was still on the system, i will not pay more.

Reviewer Update

This happened almost a month ago and im getting no feedback from Vodacom. They are quick to assist if its time for upgrading, but as soon as the customers experience problems they disappear. Probably the worst out there. We'll if this issue doesn't get resolved, I've got 2 other contracts that needs upgrading soon, and i can assure you i will cancel them and move to mtn. Im fed up dealing with a service provider with such poor poor customer and after sale services.
