Pathetic Service

I am really disgusted by the service I received by Vodacom. I recently took out a contract and when speaking to the agent I told him I want my same number. The number that was supposed to be used is ***.They went along and gave me a new cell number which I explained from the beginning I want my number to be used for the contract. The service is pathetic.
