pathetic service

So I took a tablet for my daughter on contract and she broke the simcard slot somehow and ive been meaning to go fix it and I always forget anyways im paying the contract and not using the airtime because before this I had another contract with Vodacom and she broke the phone and I still didn't use the airtime and eventually when I got the new tablet I got my airtime which was R700 I think and I was paying 99 a month if im not mistaken, now this phone doesn't since last year and ive relaxing cause I thought eventually when I fix it I will get my airtime only now im told it expires after two months which I was never told and I thought it will be like the first contract.

now my main issue with Vodacom ive been paying R100 I think for the contract then sometime last year I noticed they didn't debit they I left it then following month they debited R300 and something and I just assumed it was because of the previous month since it was not debited even though R300 was a bit high but I left it then after that it went back to normal cool until October I think and they stopped debiting and I just ignored it thinking maybe I finished paying or something cause I cant even remember when I took the contract, then mid Jan a colleague of mine told me Vodacom handed him over cause he was not paying his contract yet they stopped debiting so jokingly I said let me call Vodacom and find out what is happening with my contract maybe I'm also handed over then I call then Boom I get told I owe R400 cause I haven't been paying since whenever I asked them how cause there's always money in my account I mean its only 100 they said it was reversed somehow which is strange okay cool I make arrangements with them so they can debit the whole amount I owe them and they were supposed to debit last month end of January and still nothing happened.

now my frustration is my account is in arrears and no one informs me then when I do find out I asked them to take all the money that I owe them and still nothing happens, so what now they will just hand me over without me knowing is that a thing with them is that how they make money?

and paying 100 is easy but now that it is building up I will end up paying way more which I might not even have and end up having unnecessary interest was that the new business strategy to make more sales?
