Pathetic service

I'm so FRUSTRATED with all the guys I've spoken to recently. I've been trying to upgrade several of our overdue upgrades and all of the staff whom I've spoken to has just messed up my wife’s upgrade and they don’t care that people from Elitemobile misrepresent themselves as calling from Vodacom to do the upgrades. When I call back to confirm if the previous person has done the correct thing, they just transfer you as they didn't do it as per what they've advised you of. They ALSO don't do things according to the POPIA Act, they are not being upfront at all, as long as they can just get a sale. I truly hate dishonesty!! The persons I spoke to said my upgrade will be effective from 01 November 2021, but why are already adding some charges to my account and the wrong packages are seemingly earmarked for the upgrades? Can someone more informed of your products or a manager that actually cares about your reputation please call me back as I don’t trust what was done by Elitemobile and it seems my upgrades were just forgotten. My call logged is SR***. Also my Vodacom fibre line is down since Sunday as per call SR*** yet it seems nobody is attending to the issue and no feedback is forthcoming.
