Pathetic Service
I placed a querie regarding the fact that we don't have any network whilst loadshedding. Cannot make calls or sending messages at all. I recieved a reply stating that I will be contacted. Till date no phone call. Recieved sms's just now that my tickets were closee. How on earth can you close a ticket if no one attended to the problem. Pathetic
