Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is not even worth a one star rating. I cancelled my contract on 1 Dec 2020. The agent even confirmed the last debit order will be on 01/01/2021 (even though it was a month's notice). The money went off AGAIN. I cant express my utterly frustration with the *********** people working there. One simple instruction which cant be performed. I actually want to cancel everything now. Thank you for being part of the problem with your pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
