pathetic service

I recently logged my phone in for repairs. The phone is still on contract.after my phone was sent in for repairs which they told me cannot fix. Now I'm supposed to pay for a phone which is still on contract and I cannot use. This is the worst service I've ever received. Vodacom cannot fix the phone and it becomes my problem whereby I must pay for something that don't even work. Terrible!
