Pathetic service!!
I have been waiting over a month for my fibre to be installed The person that was assigned service request is MIA & all i get told when i call in everyday twice a day that they will email managment! & guess what! Mang also hasnt gotten back to me in all this time! When you call most of the employees sound like they are half asleep anyway! Pathetic service

I just called in again coz status was moved to pending & i was told they accepted it on der side & it will take 10 min to update
