Pathetic service

I pay Vodacom but they don't care about a problem with a partner company, rewardsco. They just say it's not their problem contact rewardsco. Always making notes and referring back to rewardsco. Paying for something I don't want because if tou dont pay, they cut your line. Can't email because then you get Tobi. Tobi is useless, no other word.
