Pathetic service
So fed up with this service provider. No matter what you do or how long you stay on the line there is no customer service no ageny to talk to. All I want to do is cancel my contracts that are due for an upgrade but no such luck because vodacom has pathetic service.

06 Jun 2023, 11:01I've been trying to call so many times. Don't come with **** that you couldn't make contact with me. I will not be paying **** till you return my calls amd cancel my damn contracts or else I will be taking legal action. I swear I am never using vodacom ever again.
