pathetic service

I sent in my phone for repairs as my phone is still under warranty. When I went to pickup the phone the consultant told me that the phone is beyond repairable. How the hell does vodacom technicians do their jobs. Now I must damn pay for a phone that isnt working. How the hell does this work. This is really pathetic service
