PATHETIC SERVICE
I have been calling Vodacom Customer Care since 8 this morning. My first attempt to contact them failed because after 65 minutes of being on hold I got cut off. I have called back about 8 times and every time I am on hold for more than 30 mins. This is ridiculous!!! All I want is a damn PUK number!!!
