Pathetic Service

I have been trying to cancel my late fathers Vodacom account since May. I have e-mailed *** and *** at least 5 times. They always claim that they never received the e-mail. I have called the call center at least 10 times and beenpushed from pilar-to-post. Someone even asked if I have a reference number for an e-mail????
