PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Vodacom’s service to say the least.....is utterly pathetic!! I upgraded online last week Friday, Christopher phoned me and finalized the order via a telephonic conversation. I received 2 sms’s which I has to reply to, to confirm my order. Since then I have not heard anything. So phoned this morning to follow up only to be told by Amelia that the device I ordered has been discontinued and my order has been cancelled....WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THIS? Why did Christopher proceed and confirm the order if the device has been discontinued??? Amelia advised that someone will phone me within the next few minutes, which of course did not happen because your service is so great, so I phoned again and spoke to Zandile. She confirmed what Amelia told me and when I asked her why I was not informed, she told me she doesn’t know why nobody informed me. THIS IS SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE. I requested the manager to phone me, and TODAY STILL. I don’t care what you do but you will see to it that I get my order which I confirmed and Christopher confirmed as well. I’m waiting for your feedback and confirmation today. I will take this matter much further if I have to.
