Pathetic Service
I am completely appalled by the service I received from the agent Cynthia for the Vodacom online department. She over promised and never delivered. I asked to speak to her superior she refused to give me a name or contact information. Nice Vodacom for hiring such competent staff to keep your reputation held high.
