Pathetic service
For 4 days i am trying to get my new contact sorted out. Till today it has not been sorted out.if we dont use our wi fi then nothing is working on the phone. I have now phoned hell knows how many times and everytime i get told it will be sorted out now my question is how long do i still need to wait. I have beenwith vodacom for years and never have i had so much issues just to get things sorted out. I had enough now. You better sort this out because for every minute this phone is not working my husband is loosing money. Not tbat you people care no just as long as you can get money then looks like customers dont matter anymore.
