Pathetic Service!!!
I logged a query on the 18/2/2019. To date I have had no feedback. I have called in every single day since. Disgusting attitude from every agent I spoke to. Even escalated to “team leaders” no feedback received from them either. I have been a loyal Vodacom user and did not expect such treatment. No one calls you back! My query remains unresolved!
