Pathetic service

I have phoned this morning from a landline as my phone is the only vodacom phone is the only one that can't call or receive calls . FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!! You are very quick to take your money, but you are absolutely useless in fixing your pathetic problems. I can't even phone you on 111 to tell you how pathetic your service is and you can't phone me asking what the problem is. FIX MY PHONE OR I WILL CANCELL MY DEBITORDER. YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PHONE AN STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE
