Pathetic Service<br> <br> I honestly do not know why I still bother with Vodacom.<br> I am sure there are many people who enjoy great service from them, my experience is just terrible.<br> I pay a fortune every month, service levels are useless and reception is non-existent. <br> The area I stay in has absolutely no network coverage, I have been trying to have the connection improved for the past 2 years with absolutely no luck.<br> I have lost count of how many calls I have logged. Each time I am promised the world, and each time I am utterly disappointed. Service staff simply never phone back as they promise. (S39J73P P0CIK) go listen to the recording for yourself. I am left with a feeling that call centre agents could not care any less.
