Pathetic Service

I had a contract with Vodacom for two years. When the contract expired they failed for over a year to remove it from ITC and even called them more than 4 times to get them to do it and to also provide me with a letter so I can do it myself. Further more my very same phone was ****** and I tried to sim swap and they asked these ridiculous questions which they call security check. I couldn't remember all little details like the airtime balance and points change so they said I failed security check. Surprisingly the very same number was my contract number with them before moving to prepaid after the end of contract. When I went after few months to try the nearest vodashop to get it sorted out they told me it was deleted and its not even ported to other networks. But I cannot get it back this is pathetic because during the time when my phone was ****** in less than a month I was dealing with my fiance who was sick and even passed on. How could they delete a number in less than 6 months.
