Pathetic service

Hi. I had a problem with my reception. After complaining on hello Peter Abdunnoer contacted me and he sent me a form so that they can install a antenna in my house for better signal. I completed the form and till now I have got no response from Abdunnoer or vodacom for that matter. Really pathetic.
