Pathetic Service

i went in to Vodacom on the 13/10/2015 to inquire about taking a cellphone contract as i have always liked the network service of vodacom. i gave my documents to the consultant at the shop and she advised she has processed it but she can only call me tomorrow as they are going home. she promised me a call back at 11 the next day i received no feedback from her or vodacom as a whole so i called the shop to get feedback i was advised that galdys was on lunch so the person who answered checked my request and advised that i was still in the queue and no one has looked at it as yet and he advised when gladys gets off lunch she will call me back i have waited for 4 hours and still no response i am so dissapointed with the service received and i will look for a different network provider as it seems that vodacom do not care about getting clients. but its ok i will find a different network provider who will value me more as a customer then vodacom has.
