Pathetic service

Since the 15.08.17 been trying to cancel my contract got transferred to so many people and no1 cud assist asked to call back no one did finally vodacom collected my phone yet still billing me for a contract that I canceled bcoz I was promised a certain price but once I received the phone the amount promised was different so I called the sales agent n canceled my contract however till today I have not been assisted n the phone has been collected I want a director or manager to call me immediately or I am taking legal action.. The contract number that needs to be canceled is ********** 073...i also want to be refunded as I'm paying for something I don't have been a loyal customer for years and this is the treatment I get contact me urgently
