Pathetic Service

We have been experiencing problems with Vodacom for the past 2 years now. They keep blocking our lines, yet payment has been made. We've been battling to get out statements as well. We have to phone every month to find out how much we owe, and pay. Yet they still block our phones and blame it on the system. Payment does not reflect and that is our fault. How long does their system take to update. We deal with ***********, arrogant staff that carry on like they doing us a favor. How about cancelling our contracts if you cannot provide a service. Too greedy for the money
