Pathetic Service 2

My previous complaints refer where I indicated that I am not receiving monthly accounts. I was called and it was explained that current email address might consider accounts as spam - another email address was requested and provided and I was assured that account will now be emailed automatically by 3rd / 4th of month - Already 9/4/15 and nothing received yet! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
