pathetic service

This is the worse service provider in South Africa. I wish a person can just be blunt in telling you how Vodacom mess you around. Been trying to cancel my account with Vodacom and everyone you deal with is so unprofessional. You phone the *** Accounts Dept. and they drop the call every time. I cancel the contract at the store and 4 months later they phone now to tell you that your account is in arrears. my two years are done and yet they refuse to cancel contracts.
