Pathetic service

I am utterly disapointed with the service I recieved from vodacom <br> My debits have been successful however my line is suspended <br> On calling into the call centre Im transferred from pillar to post & still have no joy <br> Each agent with more attitude than the other, & no one can see the updates of my previous call, Im Blindly transfered around cos they unwilling to assist <br> On mon night i called Musa an apparent team leader, who was supposed to get back to me & since then still nothing...... I currently want alll my contracts with this pathetic service provider cancelled cos I will not deal with unhelpful people that take their money ASAP howwver delays in providing their service......<br> <br> <br> Please can I have all my calls pulled & I would like vodacom to advise why their agents do not update their systems...
