Pathetic service

I've been emailing and calling Vodacom for the pass two weeks, with regards to an account enquiry and I have been receiving such pathetic service. I requested the same thing more than 5 times now and to date I have received inadequate feedback! I will ensure I take this to every social media platform there is and let everyone I know how disgusting Vodacoms service is!!! Rediculous that a telecommunications company doesn't even bother communicating with their customers!!!
