Pathetic service!!!

<p>We went to Vodacom World in Midrand , Thapedi went through the application process, unfortunately, he picked up that the contract with sales support wasn't cancelled. He(Thapedi) advised that we need to finalize cancellation and call him back. he gave us his number: ********** 750.</p> <p> </p> <p>I personally called to advise him that we are battling with sales support team, they always say they have escalated the matter.</p> <p>We had to always call them to follow up on cancellation, they finally confirmed that the contract was cancelled and gave us reference number. (I’m not sure if it’s cancelled, who trusts Vodacom)</p> <p>Now we are trying to contact Thapedi as he requested 2 weeks ago, we’ve been calling since Monday. I spoke to Nisha who always advise that: He’s got your number, he will call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept calling, they refuse to put me through, I ended up asking for his email address. They said they are not allowed to give out email addresses. I found it very strange! because emails are made for business.</p> <p>Today I called and speak to Body, who was very rude. I’m not sure if that’s how to spell her name, she refused to spell if for me.</p> <p>She told me that Thapedi will NEVER call me back, and he will never take my calls. I asked for his manager’s name, I was given a mane of Belinda, she refuse to give me her surname. She said I’m interrogating her. I then asked her to put me through to Belinda, she refused and gave me a number to call-011 ********** .</p> <p>I called the number, I was on hold for about 4 min, and they cut my call.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
