Pathetic service

<p>Last month I called into the Vodacom client services to cancel one of my contracts , I have three different numbers with them and the consultant cancelled the wrong number which i discovered at the beginning of the next month when my internet was not working, called in again was put through to numerous people as no one would take ownership for the error and was told the lady that cancelled it by mistake by the name of Dorcus Mhlongo would called me still waiting to this day as she never called, in the meantime one of there client services guys contacted me by the name of Thabo Mokhele to find out how my experience was and told him what happend he as****d me that the contract would be reinstated to the original contract with the same installments. I was sent forms to fill in and i sent it back to him. Last month was fine everything seem to be working but low and behold when i got my bank statement and saw that a new amount has been debit from my account more than what i was paying originally. When i called in today i was told that a new contract was taken out which is more than i was paying with out my consent. I was transferred once again from pillar to post with no one wanting to take ownership. Worse service ever who knows how long this will take to sort out another 2 months paying for a contract I did not ask for.</p>
