Pathetic service

<p>I upgraded my phone about 6 months ago and have only had problems since. My Samsung phone has been in for repairs 3 times. The previous time I received it back I immediately noticed that it was still not repaired. My phone has now been in for repairs for a month and a half, evidently had to go to JHB for repairs and I have heard from no-one. I have been back in to Worcester branch on numerous occasions as they don't bother to let me know where my phone is or how long it will be. Last Wednesday they said my phone would be back in SWELLENDAM by Friday, it is Thursday of the following week today and again I have heard nothing.</p> <p>Vodacom, your service is pathetic. I haven't had a phone that works for months and yet your bill me every month and I loyally pay you every month! </p> <p>I NEED answers and quickly!!!!</p>
