Pathetic service

my contract was due for an upgrade, so naturally I went onto the Vodacom site and found the deal I was looking for. When i called through to process my upgrade, I spoke to Ashley at online who refused to provide his surname due to risk of *****. He advised that I could not get the deal as they were out of stock. This frustrated me and he then got his supervisor to speak to me who quickly referred me to the Ts & Cs stating that deals are valid whilst stocks last. Ashley suggested that i check at all the stores for teh deal i wanted to which i refused as it was a ridiculous task just to get an upgrade. He then said that he would source the deal for me which he did and told me to go to Nelson Mandela square where i could process my upgrade with a guy named Gideon. I went to this shop only to find that Gideon was not there, however, upon producing the screen dump of the deal i wanted, his manager said that they cannot honour such a deal for me and that i needed to speak to the online team as their offers differ. Today i tried resolving this issue again , after a 1 hour and 15 minute call, I was told that the correct Ashley would contact me. I spoke to several people , Tshidi, Sabhia, Lekop Nhlekoa, Nkanyisile, Ashley Chublall and still no help and no upgrade. I was billed yday for my contract again, the full R711 yet i only get R200 airtime, 1 GB data and i have paid for the handset and im desperately trying to upgrade. For a telecommunications giant, your service is pathetic and disgusting to say the least. You are dishonest and lack integrity if a deal you advertised cannot be honoured. Each person across your teams passes the buck, staff cannot be traced, online is different to instore. I thought you are one company, make the deal happen irrespective of the channel i use to upgrade, whether it online or instore. Your own internal service infrastructure is a joke. Use your great innovations to improve your pathetic service to mbrs.
