Pathetic Service

I've been having a problem with your accounts department since last month regarding an arrear amount of R233.96 that just popped up out of nowhere. The line was suspended last month and when querying why I was told about by 3 different consultants gave that the arrear amount stems from 3 different months as to when this payment was not made. I requested a recon which was sent to me along with invoices. Non of the invoices reflects the arrear amount. The recon has the arrear (30day) amount of R233.96 but also doesn't show when it went into arrears. I then went to a store and queried this with the manager at N1 City and she could also not explain this arrear amount to me. She logged a call with their accounts department and told me January 2017 premium was not paid. I sent her pop for Jan and the line was eventually opened. Bearing in mind that the Jan payment is reflecting on the recon provided to me. I however again queried this and advised Suzanne that I need to know where this arrear amount is coming from and the query was not resolved. 2 weeks ago, the line was terminated again. I felt furious and asked my sister to contact your accounts department. Again she was told to send pop for Jan which was done last month already. She sent it on 21Apr and to date, no feedback was received and the line is still suspended. I contacted your call centre last night and was promised a call this morning at 8am. No call was received. Bearing in mind the huge financial loss suffered due to this line being suspended is making me fume. I will take this matter up with the Ombudsman if a superior does not contact me with a detailed explanation as to when exactly the account went into arrears. Note that regular payments of the due amount received via sms is made monthly via eft. Still, almost a week after sending Jan pop for the 2nd time. THE LINE IS STILL SUSPENDED!
