Pathetic service

On the 7/12/2016 I settled my Vodacom account.I sent through the proof of payment to the retentions department. They emailed me back on the 08/12/2016 saying I need to sign the premature cancellation and send a copy of my ID. I sent though the documents as requested on the 12/12/2016. I noticed that in January my installment has not gone off my account. I called the call centre and they said they going to investigate. 1 week gone and no feedback. I called again and asked the same question. The gentleman told me that my account was not settled and they are debiting installments for my previous contract and my new contract from the money that I paid in to settle my first account. I have been doing numerous follow ups and no one seems to be bothered. Its not my fault that the account was not settled. When I called in today the lady told me the I must pay 5000 to settle my old contract. I am not going to pay anything because I cancelled my contract. So why is vodacom charging me for two contracts??? All I want is to pay for my current contract and the old one must be settled. Thats all I ask for. Reference EC-04IJ-3KU0IQ
