pathetic service
<p>i have a ipad account with vodacom my contract ends in march 2017,i have called in numerous times spoke to different people who serve no purpose at all,from tatum at pietermaritsburg branch to kelebogele in solutions deparment never sorted out my query i am currently due a refund amount of 108.00that was debited off my account in feb this amount was charged twice on my bill for the ipad amount ive being calling vodacom on numerous occasions these call agent have no notes on the system so you have to keep explaining your situation all the time ,my contract ends in march i dont expect any debit order in april i will put a stop order from my bank untill you guys refund my money.really pathetic service this is my second complaint against them..elvina</p>

i would like to update that this query is not resolved as per our telephonic conversation you stated that the refund amount with be credited and my debit order would be less i just received an sms that you guys debited the fill amount yet again thats how incompetant you guys really are i am really frustrated and ****ed of yet again how hard is it to keep to your word???????its my refund thats owed to me from 2 months..i am expecting a call from you again because you assured me that thi query with be sorted out!!!!!!
