Pathetic SERVICE

On the 13th Feb 2017 I app**** online to take out 2 new contracts for the devices (Samsung Galaxy A3 & Samsung Galaxy Tab Lite). The devices were delievered to me on the 16/02/2017. I then followed the procedure & called Vodacom activations on the day of receipt & was informed that the device will be activated after 24hours. After the 24hours lapsed the phone was still not activated. I then called again on 17/02/2017 & was informed that the I need to wait a further 72hours due to migration on their new system causing a backlog. I called again on the 20/02/2017 & was told I need to remove the sim cards for another 5hours & the device should work. However on the morning of the 21st (Feb 2017) this was still not the case. Being completly fraustrated & without any phone I called again & spoke to Joe in the aftersales department & cancelled the contract. I requested for their courier to come collect their devices & reactivate my prepaid number. To date the the devices are still with me (not in use) but after after calling again today the 06/03/2017 I was informed that there is an outstanding bill & the cancellation has still not be facilitated, & I need to contact the newsales department to find out what the outstanding bill is. I followed the procedure & cancelled well before the 7 days to return the device. My prepaid number has still not been activated & without using the device I now have a settlement with Vodacom. Their sevice from the very onset has been nothing short of pathetic. I have chased after them, spent hours trying to get the phone activated & now to be collected. Vodacom have records of all my conversations. All I want is for the devices to be collected, the contracts cancelled, my prepaid number reactivated & the bill to be reversed. I have reached the boling point now trying to get this resolved. I want someone senior in the relevant departments to contact me to have this matter rectified & put to bed.
