Pathetic service

<p>I Recently upgraded my contract via the upgrade centre. They were very friendly and helped me pick a cheaper package because i was spending so much every month but gave me extra minutes and data. I told the sales guy the minutes are very important because i use it for work... get the phone but none of the minutes they promised me... now i cant get anybody to help me </p>
