Pathetic service

I did an online contract, I was told I could get the phones on Tuesday after numerous calls and fights I was told I will only get the phones on Wednesday. Wednesday the phones arrived. I received the wrong size sim, I managed to get a converter. I inserted the sim and called activations, I was told the sim will work within 24 hours, Friday afternoon I realised that the sim was working but so was my prepaid sim which I asked to port to contrat. The person that activated my sim swop ed the digits around. I called in and was told that the online team has gone home I can only call on Monday.

I have been on the phone since 8 this morning. I call online department they tell me to contact activations, activations tell me to go in store and buy a new sim and do a sim swop then call in to activate it..... why is vodacoms mess up now my problem?

Anyway in store can't help me (no surprise) they say because it's an online contract they can't see any information relating it.

What's also frustrating is when you call the various departments and ask for the manager you get told that they on a call or in a meeting.

When I requested the recordings of the calls I was told they won't be sent as it's not for clients use it is for training.

Vodacom has really become pathetic! I will reverse every payment until they fix there mess. I have the phones and my prepaid number still works, so I will just reverse and reverse.

They are also not willing to compensate me for the inconvenience, the time I have spent away from my work trying to sort out their mess.

Thing is Vodacom says they can't help me, I need to go in store purchase a new sim, then call activations again.

So vodacom messes up....and I must fix it.

I will not pay this contract until I am compensated or the problem gets fixed, personally it's not my problem and vodacom is making it my problem.
