Pathetic service

<p>Absolutely pathetic service!!! The supervisor of the store is arrogant and unprofessional and refused to give me the managers email address correctly after repeatedly asking her to spell the email slowly as I was writing it down.</p> <p>Saturday (the guy that assisted us with taking out this contract) **** about the VR headset being on special and we did not get what was promised. The pamphlet he showed us clearly stated that we were entitled to a VR headset but I guess he showed us the incorrect pamphlet or an outdated one ! I will never recommend this store to anyone !!!! The supervisor was rude and extremely sloppy in how she handled this situation. She definitely needs training on customer service because she made it virtually impossible to get the store owner or managers details.<br />After arguing with her telephonically about the above issue, she put the phone down in mid -conversation and left me on the line. I could hear all the consultants chatting in the background as well as the music in the store.<br />I tried calling back several times for about 30 minutes but the line remained busy!!<br /> The only reason I went to this store to take out a contract was because it was the closest one to the area I live in. In future I would much rather drive to a better store with professional consultants and management. This complaint does not end here! I will escalate this matter to the highest form of management. I am appalled at the calibre of the people employed at this store. Do they go for training??? At supervisor level ??? </p>
