Pathetic Service

On the 8th December 2016 i got my new Samsung phone it was delivered to me. Then on the 26th December 2016 my phone stopped charging just out of the blue don’t know what was the problem. I was in holiday and I was left stranded as I didn’t have my phone to check on my family during my vacation.

Came back from the holiday on the 29th December then took my phone to Vodacom at Lakeside Mall they booked it in for repairs and then told me that it will be fixed within 7-14 days. Its now the 18th January I haven’t got my phone back and i dont know when will I get it. IT seems like I wont get it anytime soon as they keep on telling me that it is awaiting spares from the manufacture.

Now then not even sure themselves when is it going to be ready.

I am now paying for the contract that I do not have. They did not even give me a phone to use while they booked in my phone with them. I bought a phone because I was in need of phone I did not just buy it for fun.

I need Vodacom to compensate me, or else they must just cancel the contract or give me the new phone as I won’t keep on paying for something that i am not benefiting from.

I am so angry right now as I need the phone more than anything.

I hope they will get back to me with a valid response as I am not prepared to hear stories again.

Angry Customer

Siyasanga Mbengashe
