PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I am TIRED of the **** service Vodacom gives, I'm also just tired of complaining about just how **** their service is.

In December I had requested an upgrade which I'd then gift to my mom for her birthday. IT NEVER CAME! I was then told that I'd have to reapply for it, as it had gone back to Head Office. Fastforward to 2017, I asked an agent to call me (re:upgrade) as the online service was not working. This was the first week of the year, we're 2 weeks into the year and I'm still waiting for some kind of feedback.

I called their customer service department and was advised the contract would become active tomorrow (17/01/2017), How TF does it become active when part of the package is missing? It's disgusting how a client first has to lose their cool before they can be afforded the appropriate service. I'm utterly disgusted with the service and out of fighting spirit.

Maybe the problem is that I threaten too much and don't actually act. ***** you Vodacom and your ****ty call centre agents who fail at assisting clients. nxa
