Pathetic service
<p>I have been to vodashop mall @ reds and I have spoken to a few consultants. Vodacom is unable to help me or the store with giving me a finance deal on my account. The payment was made and still vodacom is refusing to help me. I want this sorted out ASAP as this is not the type of service I would expect from Vodacom. If vodacom keeps treating people like this, they will loose customers faster them what they can keep them. I want this sorted out today so that I can upgrade my contract.</p>
