Pathetic service

<p>I am very irritated with this nonsense that I am supposed to have received my new tablet from Vodacom which was scheduled for delivery from RAM. How can you deliver a parcel and not contact the person to tell them that the delivery is available! That is very ridiculous. I am so ****ed with this nonsense because now your consultants are telling me that the order has to be re-submitted and this takes another 2-3 working days.</p> <p>This is pathetic service from you as Vodacom because you had the address wrong firstly and now this nonsense.</p> <p> Yours sincerely.</p> <p>Monita</p>
