Pathetic service

If you having a great day... Don't call Vodacom. The most pathetic, frustrating service ever. I cannot wait to be rid of these clowns. I decided last year I would not be renewing my contract as I'm done with "service providers". I knew my contract was ending early this year but was not sure when so I checked online and it said I was not due for an upgrade. I found that strange so I called only to be told that my contract was extended for another 2 yrs because of the upgrade I did in November. I was horrified. The supposed upgrade that they referred to, was sold to me as a reduction is my rate and I quote ' the plan I am on is older and has a much higher call rate and as a valued Vodacom customer we would like to offer you this revised lower rate'. No where in this call did the agent mention this was an upgrade and my contract would be extended for another 2 yrs. Because if he did I would have never taken it as I was going to cancel and why would I want an upgrade with the same old phone. So I called to query this more than a week ago and I was told a call was "logged" and they would listen to the call. Nomfundo Ngcobo assured me I would get an sms and would be contacted. Needless to say till today 03.04.20, no sms and no call. So I call again this morning and after my call was dropped 3 times by Vodacom after it was answered I spoke to another agent who logged a call again but this time I did get the sms. So now I wait with bated breath for Kedi Mogobo the team leader to call as she need to listen to the call. They don't know when I will be contacted as the call was in November so there are many calls...... Really in this day and age? Can Vodacom not just filter on my number and find all the calls made to that number. IDIOTS. On the 03/04/2020 @ 09:40 the sms was received with the ref number. At 10:22 the call was closed. No response. No call. No feedback

I'm so over these clowns.
