Ref number PC-0W00-3P21AA <br> <br> I wrote to vodacom on the 20th February regarding an ongoing complaint lodged in January which has nt been resolved as yet and up until now from the 20/02/2015 I have got no response from vodacom at all <br> <br> Pathetic customer service. How can we trust your service again. And how are you gonna rectify this<br> <br> Annoyed
