PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>After logging so many complaints I still receive the most terrible service from vodacom repairs alberton... my fone has been in repairs with them since the end of March ..I was informed that I can collect my fone at Vodacom repairs in alberton Voortrekker road when I get there I'm told no problem I need to go to new market mall after receiving an sms stating I can go to the old repair store... vodacom staff including there managers are ***********...after all the hassle I'm told I need to wait for approximately 2 to 3 hours for my phone. .what the hell does vodacom think of their clients ...that's what u get for being a loyal vodacom client.... you are treated like a piece of **** ... and they don't even apologise for the inconvenience. .. simply told "mam the guy getting ur fone is going to the bank it's not a quick process it will take 3 hours " like what the hell....WHAT HAPPENED DROP CUSTOMER SERVICE </p>
