Pathetic service

<p>I have requested from vodacom 5 times now to have my statement sent to me in PDF instead of the efa statement that i do receive. the staff at your call centre are extrememly rude, no one seems to know how to do this simple task, i have had people telling me numerous times that they do not know what i am asking for , speaking to me so rudely and i have even logged a service request that the service i received wasnt achieved and i still havent had anyone call me back. i cannot believe that a company that i have used for the past 10 years provides such bad service , i will be cancelling my service!!!!!</p>
