Pathetic service.
Can someone please explain vodacom's pathetic service? You call in as a customer expecting a solution to your dilemma and the consultant says she will call you back but they never do. Must you call in again for the same issue for the same promise to be made by a different consultant? What is wrong with Vodacom? I'm lost for words.
