Pathetic Service

Vodacom customer care is pathetic if you are on the cancellation line. They simply don't pick up on purpose so that you get frustrated and abort the whole cancellation process. I have just prove it now, instead of choosing the cancellation option I chose upgrade and a consultant pick up in a second.

This is really pathetic because it just show that they only care about new business. I finally got through and they drop my call on purpose. I just spoke to Mpho from upgrade and she also dropped the call while transferring me. If I didn't need data I was going to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom *** /***)
