Pathetic service
Nothing just happens with Vodacom. So many e-mails, never any reply. Not sure what those call center people do for a living. I have been requesting a copy of a credit note on my account for weeks and I am just ignored. No answers, no feedback, I have followed up so many times, cannot believe this ridiculous service.
